I noticed the same thing and made a similar post, unless the timing is ridiculously short I have done it 10+ times without it completing the medal.
This also makes jack of all trades incompletable.

if Jack of all Trades works exactly like it did in S20 that means there is no time limit between medals in S20, bungie made this medal easier in S16 you had to get Master at Arms and Virtuoso in quick succession to get Jack of all Trades in S20 you just had to get Demolition Expert, Berserker, Let there be Light, Primary, Special and Heavy Spree in one life, no matter how much time it took between these medals but whichever way you look at it, I had completed the S16 requirements for the Jack of all Trades medal a few days ago and didn't get the medal, so it's definitely bugged

The timing isnt the issue (i dont think) it just doesnt work right in general. Ive tossed grenades and melee fast and immediately nova (switched to warlock to test). The medals pop up but dont proc the virtuoso. Sometimes the medals wont pop up correctly (at all sometimes), even when getting three kills with abilities, weapons, or super. Unless its legit a .01 second time frame xD

Yes its bugged though no acknowledgement from bungie, a friend of mine found a way to get it to work that shows how its broken. To complete it you need to do it back to back within the time limit on BOTH elements that correspond to the active surges. So it is almost impossible to do without resorting to shenanigans on ability/super regen e.g. the exotic sidearm swap that gives you all your ability energy back.
