rework stompees.. make all hunter jumps stompee level and take the stompee movement as being the reward for getting 100 mobility rework stompees to give you the ability to stomp like how bosses do this can be used offensively and defensively

That Stomp-EE5 change wouldn't work for hunters. Titans it would, though. Instead, if that class ability tradeoff works for balancing, keep it IN CRUCIBLE ONLY. Outside of the Crucible, the buff would always exist. I would argue that Stomp-EE5 should also "increase weight" which just means it's harder for bosses to shove you around with their stomp attack.
