Error code Plum has prevented me from playing the game for days now and nothing fixes it.

long story short i came back a few weeks ago to play Destiny 2 and had no issues for about two weeks or so. suddenly about 3 or 4 days ago i had this error code Plum appear and a "query timeout" everytime i try to play this broken game. i cant do any strikes. god forbid i try to play crucible and get penalized for battleye basically punishing me for no reason. i have tried everything i could to fix this and nothing helped. the only thing that could have remotely made sense was that i installed OBS which is just a video editing softwere around the start if this issue. i uninstalled obs. i checked for any registery keys left behind and made sure there was no trace and it STILL wont let me play this game i just spend an extra 50+ dollars on just to play with my brother on this joke of a game. i have had it with getting no help and my prior post seemingly got ignored so now im posting once again to see if anyone has a fix. because if not i guess my only choice at that point would be possible legal action. oh boy what joy

    I've been getting the Plum error code since before the start of season 21. I've tried everything as well. I used to get the error code every 5 minutes. Every fix I tried might work for a couple of hours and then I get the same error code: Plum. The latest thing I tried was Disk Cleanup and deleted the DirectX shader cache, even though it was showing 0 bytes. I also found that I had a Destiny 2 folder on another SSD, so I deleted that folder and made sure that there was only the one Destiny 2 folder. So far I am a few hours in and no Plum. My fingers are crossed that this is the fix, but I am constantly worried about this error code causing my account to be banned, so I'm staying away from crucible for now. Edit: Literally, I booted up D2 immediately after writing this and was hit with the Query Timeout and Error Code: Plum. -blam!- you, Bungie, for taking our money and refusing to offer any kind of help.

      If you’re seeing error code PLUM constantly it’s because your PC is running software which might be in violation of Bungie’s policy’s.
