Roaring Flames not working with Ignitions caused by weapons
When using weapons with Incandescent or weopons like One Thousand Voices or Polaris Lance and creating an ignition, the kills caused by the ignitions do not count towards roaring flames.

No. Weapon kills regardless of what they proc aren't abilities. They're weapon kills. An ignition caused by a weapon is coded as weapon damage.
