The lore books say that first guardian to be revived was a Louisiana state trooper named Pat Roller. Pat loved patrolling so much that when the ghost revived him he arrested him for refusing to id. Pat was a Titan. Boy he liked dressing up, patrolling those zones. Pat Roller fell while on patrol in the EDZ, his ghost apparently decided he have had enough.
