While I appreciate that Vanguard-Ops playlist is now fixed Power Level, I still think we should be 5 power below enemies in there.
Just like Season of the Witch enemy power level is balanced. It is not too much, not too little. Good enough to make players play strategical without cutting the fun out of it.
