veterans flair transmat effect removed from the game
the transmat effect veterans flair no longer shows up in the vehicle mods sections and as it was never in the collections section before it isnt part of the current system for some reason

If it was previously on a ship it is still there. It is also still accessible for the one Dawning ship (Starfarer 7M) that uses custom transmat effects. That ship can only pick default, Veteran, & Sterling for effects.
