I only did this event 2 weeks ago or so there on heric
you have to shoot the legs and put the balls in all 6 things by the shields to make in heroic
if the first tank dies before heroic is displayed, the event ends

My problem was the first tank never appeared. It stayed in the sky attached to the hovering drop ship.
