No. If it’s guaranteed there’s no manic in it. Or make it a ton of runs. I’d say 100 lost sectors for a guaranteed exotic.

The problem with whether or not gear drops being random is that it adds too many layers to the RNG. RNG determines IF you get a drop THEN RNG determines WHAT drop you get THEN RNG determines the stat distribution So after 3 layers of RNG being applied, you have to be hopeful the result is something worth while and if it’s not you feel like your time is wasted.
