If they are rank 10 or 11, or have the raid title, they can run without a mic. Otherwise, kick.

There are different strategies for encounters, we always have them emote if they're ready. My point was they better have easy proof that they've done it b4 and aren't wasting our time.

Bro the point of the post is that there are WAY too many people that *do* need mics…but don’t use them. The players you’re referring to are not majority and not who this is about.
