Destiny 2 DLC Campaigns and Dungeon Keys (Steam)

I'm playing Destiny 2 on Steam, and itching for a campaign story. I found the Legacy Bundle, which would give me The Witch Queen, Beyond Light and Shadowkeep campaigns, if I understand correctly. However, I read some reviews on the bundle claiming that dungeons associated with those campaigns cannot be accessed by purchasing the bundle; instead you require these dungeon keys that are purchased in-game (I presume as a microtransaction?). What exactly does this mean for the campaigns? Will I be able to play the campaigns in their entirety with just their DLCs, or do I also have to pay to access their dungeons? What exactly is the distinction between a dungeon key and a campaign?

  • The Legacy (2023) Bundle will give you access to the campaigns for the respective expansions. You will also get access to the Pit of Hearsay dungeon for owning Shadowkeep. The Prophecy dungeon is free to all players As for the other dungeons that are in the game Grasp of Avarice - requires the 30th Anniversary pack Shattered Throne - requires the Forsaken pack (There is a bundle called Destiny 2: Armory Collection that has both of these packs bundled together) Duality and Spire of the Watcher require the purchase of the Witch Queen (Year 5) Dungeon key pack Ghosts of the Deep and a yet to be released dungeon require the purchase of the Lightfall (Year 6) Dungeon key pack
