Check here: https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/History to make sure you redeemed it on that Bungie account.
If you redeemed it on another Bungie profile than the one your platform accounts are linked to then those emblems will no longer be available to you as they changed them this season.

Heya. The code would have still been redeemed here on bungie's site. Mine has codes that I added before the Oct 2019 switch to Steam. Could you check the redemption history link provided by the first response?

If it isn't in your redemption history then the code wasn't redeemed on that account and that means you could have: - Had a different Bungie profile that your platform account was linked to and while setting up cross-save, you made a new profile rather than linking your platform accounts to the other one. (if you had cross-save ever active) - Unlinked your accounts from your old Bungie profile and created a new one in 2019 - Was linked to someone elses Bungie profile and got the emblem that way Bungie wont issue a replacement emblem code
