Did you buy a mercy Passage on two characters by chance before playing a match? Also sometimes when you purchase a Passage from Saint one of the Mercy’s will be consumed. This was recent since the change to the passage. If you purchased on two characters it will take it sometimes too from what I’ve seen last trials weekend
