Edited by THE GRIND IS REAL: 7/19/2023 9:38:17 AMI thought it was after blinding got removed from the melee that it got worse last season or one before but I cannot recall if that was an artifact mod or part of the subclass, iv also noticed its more glitchy if you turn during the melee if you melee and stand still is procs more often and returns health and dodge regen but most of the time if you turn straight after the melee you don't get dodge back/health regen back also if you hit another enemy before it procs But ye it never works in pvp for me unless dodge is used before hand
