I dunno, I still use Mida multi and mini in pvp from time to time, great combo if used right. Being able to hard scope with multi tool and still have radar up is underrated imo plus it has 100 AA without any helmet mods

  • I've played 1000s of matches post MIDA meta hey day......I'm a huge fan of the gun but it absolutely cannot hang in PvP. I've long since abandoned it. I've tried. You're FAR better off with a Taraxippo & Shayur combo. Tara can roll with awesome perks & mida mini gets out ranged by plenty of 600 & 750rpm smg's. Can't compete. Radar is the only advanrage. Try Foetracer for some fun & possibly a more desirable non meta choice. I dusted mine off after years on the shelf, literally, and it actually plays better now in the current climate than it did back then.

Each to their own and I’m not invalidating your opinion but I disagree, Mida mini is my absolute go to against immortal apes. Sure it doesn’t have the range but it can absolutely compete with them

  • Forgot to mention & I'm sure you're aware, give Ace of Spades a shot if you love radar being up (I agree it can be nice). I remember active radar being a desirable roll on other guns back in the D1 days. But the ever increasing math squeeze toward middle ground now makes you slot one of just a few exotics on it. This in order to increase the speed of game play and reduce ranged exchanges. After the Mida Triials meta years ago,, they gutted it. It just doesn't "stick" like it once did. I remember having zero fear of starring down an open lane sniper with Mida. Never would happen these days. I'd have never switched away from Mida if not forced to do so. I ALWAYS had it equipped. You're right though - to each his own. It's fun to break it out once in a while.
