I have had my hunter for a long time. Those deleted charaters are not the ones i am talking about.

That may be, but your character still has no history of playing Forsaken or Shadowkeep missions prior to the one you did today: A Mysterious Disturbance. IIRC when Shadowkeep and/or Beyond Light launched, any [i]unfinished[/i] campaigns players had were automatically reset when the new DLC(s) launched, however that hasn't happened again within the past few years and any missions a player had done prior to a campaign reset still shows in the character's past activity. What I do see is you've completed Beyond Light and Witch Queen with your Hunter. It looks like you've also finished Lightfall or are at least close to the last mission. Are you certain you didn't do Shadowkeep and Forsaken with a different character?

I also keep getting certain quests like Riskrunner and Deathbringer quest (one you can only have as you know if you have done shadowkeep) https://ibb.co/v4dhqPc
