the worst part is anthem had the potential to be great but EA probably saw how much of a deficit it would put them in and decided against it.

The flip side of that was those of us playing longtime Bioware game SWTOR felt Exactly like folks here now feel about Marathon.

Reading the development story of Anthem was insane...I really hope BW gets their act together for the new Dragon Age and Mass Effect, but it's hard to have much hope for them seeing just how much they mailed it on Anthem.
