Error code plum, battleye query time out

Can't play D2 for more than 10 minutes. Keeps getting plum error code, and battleye says query time out. I've whitelisted battleye on firewl, updated drivers (no new update), updated windows (no new update), reinstall D2, didn't use msi afterburner Didn't happen last week. Just happen this week after steam updated D2. Plum help page says to contact battleye. Battleye page didn't have query time out erorr information. I've also contacted them, waiting for reply. Googling around, this issue has been plaguing destiny 2 since 2021. I can't really troubleshoot/investigate what is the real issue, as bungie and Battleye are in cahoots in making things very opaque in their website and error codes. So I don't even know what to start with. Other than trying solutions people posted since years ago to no avail. Edit: got some ideas. My very unsubstantiated suspicion what may cause the issue: 1. The issue is not related to internet or phoning home, as it's already whitelisted in the firewall and the error consistently happen in (give or take) 10 minutes 2. The issue probably is with querying something in the local machine 3. I assume the issue only occur when you play with Xbox game controller on pc, as otherwise this issue would be more widespread Will test tomorrow whether playing with keyboard and mouse fixed the issue. If it does, then this is a severe REGRESSION on Destiny 2 pc / battleye. It basically made the game no longer supports Xbox controller
