It cannot and will not be resolved to your liking. You have been given the correct information. You are the only one who can log in/authenticate/make any changes to cross save. If you do not have required information then ask the platform provider. If you did this and they cannot help you then nothing can be done. It's very simple it is stuck that way forever. Bungie cannot in any way shape or form possess information that you cannot even provide??? They don't have millions of passwords saved up??? You must remove it and if you cannot then that's the end of the line.

  • Im afraid simply having no other alternative is not an acceptable answer, coming from a community that is know for helping their own. Which is why your response is a pathetic response as it conveys no empathy for my frustrations nor my situation, which believe it or not was of no fault of my own.

    That is the answer, I am sorry it is not what you wish it to be. Nothing can be done to fix the problem you are in, along with the 1000's of others that have faced the same issue over the years. You are stuck that way and if you can't fix it then it cannot be fixed. A Ninja/mentor/Bungie themselves will be along eventually to tell you exactly what I'm saying is 100% truth if you keep making posts about this when you have been given the answer.
