I believe the Silver has to be manually added, so it's just a case of waiting. It can also take Bungie a while to respond to all the support tickets they get daily, so again it's just a case of waiting. Aware the waiting game is boring and not one you want to do, but that could be your only option.
You could also try sending a Tweet to the @Destiny2Team on Twitter. Although I wouldn't expect a reply today or tomorrow because it's the weekend.

Hopefully they will sent soon, can't wait to buy the season pass, on the email they said it was going to be added in 4 weeks after I did the survey, which it passed, but thanks for answering.
