I just want destiny 2 on the steam deck man. I want to lay in bed and try to solo a dungeon for hours.
After over a year with the steam deck being out, I'm genuinely surprised that there has been zero update on allowing Linux/Steam OS within the anti-cheat. Maybe I'm naive but how much easier would it be to cheat on Linux compared Windows? and the now defunct Google Stadia port was, from my understanding, a native version for Linux why not use that? I'm no game developer I just like video games so I'm sure there's more to it but I enjoy this game too much to not say something.
(And no. I don't want to play the game on an awfully optimized version of windows on the machine. Nor do I want to stream it via Xbox game streaming or whatever other service offers that.)

Probably due to the latency would be my guess… I know it was a long time ago, but you could remote play with the psvita… but it was not worth it. I do not know which games you can play or how taxing they are…. But whatever bungies plans are, they have to always account for PvP and or co-op in their game via said devices.
