This is a known issue that Bungie is currently looking into. There is no workaround, but Bungie recommends you share your region and mobile network operator to help them troubleshoot. Please remember that not all bugs can be resolved promptly. Some bugs are very complicated and caused by issues outside of Bungie’s control. Also, there is no support ticket for this issue.
