Hey there. Your Hunter is wearing Thunderhead Grips. Worn items do not show in the transmog menu.
Could you swap to a different pair and check again?

it works now, i wanted transmog my npa grips to the thunderhead grips but it didn't show. but as soon as i equipped something else it did. many thanks!
