I have the exact same issue, but with Xbox. I try to collect the bundle and it says I need to link my bungie account, I click link and it just takes me back to the bundle page. I've tried unlinking and re-linking, deleting cache, etc. but nothing has worked.
I already have my account linked, and I've successfully claimed other rewards before this one as well.

Having same issue… last months everything worked but this month I can’t claim it! Friends of mine no problem at all! They could claim their rewards a few days ago! I tried to unlink and relink Prime Account , but it keeps saying that I have to link the Bungie account to it…

Same issue. i tried linking via xbox steam and my playstation profile. Keeps getting me into the same cycle.

Is there a way to contact support for Prime Gaming? All I see is there help forum. Its like they don't want you to contact them. I don't think its Bungie, because if it was we just would be missing our items. Plus we can't get past linking the account.
