Hey there, this is the right place to post.
Bad names generally won't get you a game ban, some certainly can but ones that are 'just' rude, will not. It will just get defaulted to Guardian#XXXX when it gets reviewed.

That’s a relief, but Is there any mention of another name change token coming any time soon? is there any way my name could be defaulted back to what it was prior by a developer or anyone at all?
