Assassin's Cowl is still messed up (At least on PS) and needs to be fixed once and for all. It's costing to many high stakes runs to have it not work when it is suppose to. The Charged Melee DOES NOT proc Invisibility all the time and has been this way for a minute. It's not user error it's exotic error. Bungie, please fix it!
