I wonder... Isn't adding dedicated servers to a game that has just been announced and not to the game that has been in great need of them for almost 10 years, all you need to know about how much they care about us?

They'd have to fix the code of Destiny 2 I think I remember talk about this both swapping engines and adding dedicated servers would just cause more issues with the current code then it'd end up fixing. Still on Bungie for having terrible code but still even if they wanted they almost certainly can't.
