I made a eververs purchase money came out of my account but got something went wrong and never got my silver what can I do was 19.99 spent.

    Hey so I downloaded the newest solstice update and for some reason it deleted all my characters is there a way for you guys to restore them because I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked
