It's sad that bungie has not even acknowledged the issue. If bungie had, it would be easier to just wait for a twitter updated when things are fixed. The way they are handling this is is not how you should treat loyal customers.

It is very likely they are investigating the issues and trying to find the cause before making any comments. If they get their information wrong, it will upset people even more. It's possible it might not even be an issue on Bungie's end, it could be an issue with a certain ISP, region, and/or platform. That has happened before.
