I would say that in 2023 they are definitely the worst. Brought into focus by the smooth launch of Diablo 4 by that much maligned and vilified dev ActiBlizz. They may yet screw over there player base but at least you can play the game you have paid for with no connection issues. Marathon is apparently having dedicated servers when the Destiny player base has been asking for that since Day 1 D1. There are so many players happy to defend and justify this though so difficult to blame Bungie when the majority are happy with this seemingly. They have free rein to do what they want, how they want with no consequence at all. For my part I have at least bailed on the annual pass and have no intention of paying the new inflated price for an individual season. Too little too late so shame on me.
