GPU: Intel® HD Graphics 4600 (integrated)
that ^^ is your culprit.
integrated graphics are not designed to handle modern games. best you can do is play with your in-game settings to get it looking as good as you can.

Thanks for answer, but none in-game setting can fix this bug. Of course integrated GPUs aren't best for games, but its only game where i have graphic issue and i played a lot of games, for example Fallout 4, Warframe, Warface... Also my friend has Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Intel Core i5-3340M) and can play Destiny without any issues.
have you consulted with your friend on the settings they use?
He use default low settings - i tried all of them except the highest
also, look into a program called 'throttlestop'. it may help in your situation.
I'll look to that, but i don't know how CPU settings can help - do you have any idea what should i do with it?
also, make sure all drivers and firmware are up to date.
Im using only up to date soft (checking it every 2-3 months)
