I'm not sure this dude is talking about that.. or at least I don't think he is because what he's wrote makes little to no sense. I think he's actually talking about buying something that automatically gives you everything from a raid without doing it. For example, instead of playing the game to rank up the season pass people can buy rank ups with silver. So I thinks talking about that but for raids.
