The solar grenade duration seems too short.
Celestial Fire does not reliably activate the perk.
In general, the powered melee kill activation requirement seems impractical given the abundance of kill chaining abilities in the game now. It should probably be reworked to something that doesn't get yoinked from the player's powered melee kill attempt so easily in group activities.

Ember of Solace seems like its not doing what it says either. Anybody know what the base restoration timer is? I get 3 seconds of restoration with that fragment. I dont know if it's supposed to be like that or not.
