This happened to me too -- but only on my Titan. Nothing I do seems to get rid of this issue. No matter the activity, the game kicks me out to orbit as soon as 1 enemy dies. I even went to the H.E.L.M. and got a new armor set.
My Hunter and Warlock are unaffected.
