Did you buy the Annual Pass version using the account you are trying to play on or do you have a separate purchasing account?

We have a purchasing account that’s the most used on the Xbox, a few people play on it at different times but we all chip in on stuff

Season passes and dungeon keys are bound to the account that was used to purchase them. They are handled as in game purchases and as such are not sharable
