Unfortunately due to vendor limits the engrams capped at 99.

Hi Bungie, you had to tell us this BEFORE the update and not AFTER the update...! The only good fix for this is to increase the drop chance drasticaly for red border Recovered Leviathan Weapons and all other weapons for which you need Defiant Engrams. The RNG for these red borders is so bad that you need about 400 engrams for all the 3 swords and 1 shotgun. How do you think people are going to get this when you just deleted all their engrams? I kept them for the Recovered Leviathan Weapons, I grinded them for hours and now they're gone thanks to your update and bad communication.
