For me to even think about using whisper as a heavy each shot would have to be as strong as issigani fully loaded shot. Queensbreaker would have to be able to spread lightning like how anarchy did. Only way to do so is get headshots. Or make an arc explosion. Not to mention it would need to be stronger.

And if you move them to special, they're still going to have to be buffed to get used. Whisper is a Boss DPS weapon by design. Very few people are going to use an exotic energy sniper for Boss DPS when things like LMGs and rockets exist and ESPECIALLY when you can use a crafted roll of Thoughtless or Succession in addition to another exotic like Anarchy, or Witherhoard if you use a light-energy sniper. Very few people are going to choose Queenbreaker over something like Cloudstrike or even Arbalest. Making it jolt would give it some use, but Cloudstrike already does that AND refunds ammo. It would just be redundant in the slot at that point. DARCI is just a bad weapon. It needs something else in addition to the rangefinder. Even if you move it to special, it's still very bad and would get no burn over other exotic non-heavy snipers and legendary ones UNLESS it gets buffed, and if we're doing that, just buff it to be a good heavy.

That’s the issue I have with Queensbreaker being heavy. Made sense back then, but current meta has arbalest and cloudstrike destroying it. As for whisper I can get where you’re coming from. The only way I would debate on it now is if each shot was as strong as a fully loaded izzy shot (maybe change that to the catalyst; if you aim long enough it does that?) also if it provided scorch. That would make it an incredible heavy sniper. Basically zen meteor 2.0 with ammo that can auto load if you hit the crits.

I just think making them viable heavies is a better path to them actually being used than going the special route because there's already SO much competition there. Like I said, I did used to have this some want, mostly stemming from just wanting a reason to use these weapons. Someone just made the argument to me, probably a lot better than Im making it lol, that they need buffs regardless of what slot they end up in. I will say out of all of them, i'd rather see Queenbreaker be the one moved. Think it makes the most sense with the current sandbox and how many heavy linears we have already but who knows.
