Unfortunately at this time we are only able to change our Bungie Names once, regardless of if it was intentional, a typo, act of siblings, pets, or other errors… one shot is all we have. Please see https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/7648312251284-Bungie-Name-Guide for more information.
Bungie has not made any announcements of plans to allow further name changes.

I actually said ive never changed my nickname before. In settings it says i can change one time, but i cant.

It appears different than you platform names, which lead me to think you have changed it previously. What other names have you tried?

⸸ Ηέkάtέ ⸸ <- this nickname was my first, when i first time logged into Bungie, i had steam nickname with "⸸" and didnt know it will change this way here ( ⸸ = ⸸ ) . I changed my nickname later on steam to try change here, as nothing was working. I tried nicknames like " Seoyeon, xYameii, Selene, Diamond, TurboSaya, qqofz, etc
