Warlock abilities I'm hoping for...

Hello, I just wanted to get this off my mind because the warlock changes with 3.0 light subclasses still really bothers me. I also have ideas/thoughts about the darkness subclasses that I will be talking about further down the discussion. TL;DR: Void is a little boring, Arc makes me sad, the entirety of Solar makes me mad but I'm still gonna mainly use it probably. Edit: I longer care about these changes and I am happy with playing a warlock again, have a nice day :) Voidwalker: * New melee ability - I don't really like the pocket singularity, just, everything about it really. Old devour would be prox'ed by a powered melee final blow, and I just can't seem to kill anything with this new melee to prox the 'Feed The Void' aspect. * Movement based aspect - I was a Voidwalker main from the start of my Destiny 1 experience, but after learing Dawnblade in D2 I just can't find a reason to stay on void; Dawnblade's 'Icarus Dash' aspect is what draws me to write about this. The only real movement mechanic I can see on void is Blink (which is nice to have, at least, one cool thing), so if we want to stay in the ball park of blink how about a new aspect to make blink's cooldown faster, and give it something to do with an ability, like how arc has the 'Lightning Surge' aspect that blinks the user forward. Stormcaller: * Add Blink - It's already on void warlock, Stormtrance has it, there's an aspect with it, Hunters have it on their arc, I can't really see a reason not to add it. * Iconic Traces - I feel that Ionic Traces shouldn't have their own aspect, but the mechanic from the aspect should be a general warlock thing (since it was on a warlock first of all). * Amplified - I don't like the speed boost provided from amplified, how about a new fragment can give the speed/jump boost while amplified (of course with it's respective timers and such, like how it is now). * General - Generally I feel that arc warlocks are the same as they were before 3.0 subclasses, and I feel that there was no change made to the subclass. * Lightning Surge - I don't care for lightning surge, I'm not using it in PvE and I don't play PvP (I'm sorry for everyone who fought against one-shot melee). I would have much rather have had a more general arc aspect that would work well in PvE and PvP. Dawnblade: (I'm about to rip a whole in my sock with this one) * Daybreak - Daybreak feels weak in PvE, what more can I say. Thank you Bungie for buffing the cooldown of Phoenix Dive while Daybreak is active though. * Phoenix Dive - Phoenix Dive is no longer as assessable as it was prior to 3.0 changes, but the movement ability now gives health passively, so I understand. "While Heat Rises is active... scorch targets upon landing." you guys[Bungie] didn't want to make the super do that while it was active too?? * Incinerator Snap - The snap is just not for me; and with Hunters and Titans having physical throwable Solar melees I was kind of hoping for one too. "But what are Warlocks suppose to throw??", yeah I don't know either... but Bungie is clever, they could figure something out surely. * Healing Grenade - I HATE THE CHANGES TO HEALING GRENADE. I miss having to charge the grenade AND be able to throw it wherever. And honestly I don't like that the other classes have access to it; I honestly would have much rather the grenade become deprecated. The fact that Heat Rises had to be buffed in order to fit this need tells me that other people want it that way too. "Oh, so how would you fix it??", I would add onto the 'Touch of Flame' aspect. Healing grenades still heal (as that is their basic function), Touch of Flame improves the effect (could keep that), but now healing grenade's deal at least some damage (I imagine this like Ashen Wake (Titan exotic arms) that modify fusion grenades to explode on impact), or spawn something a little short of a Titan sunspot to compensate for the loss damage. Stasis: * New super - Winter's Wrath is cool, but I definitely want a "one-off" super. My thought is that the warlock lifts their staff up into the air, freezing everything in a even radius, then slams the staff onto the ground, shattering the frozen entities. * Damaging grenade - I would like a grenade that actually dealt damage, but I get Stasis is about slowing, freezing, and shattering, so I'm fine with it. Strand: * Needlestorm- Needlestorm feels like another version of Nova Bomb, and if I wanted to use Nova Bomb I would just switch to void. I would have like something else, personally. * Arcande Needle- Arcane Needle is sick, I love that thing, good work to the team who designed and animated that; probably my favorite warlock melee. Thank you for your time and for possibly reading my thoughts. I've mained a Warlock since D1 and I'm a little sad about the current state of warlock subclasses since the 3.0 updates; but Bungie does actually read this stuff, so I thought I'd come speak my mind in hope at least one thing gets looked at/updated. Stay safe out there Guardians, and treat yourself right, P.
