Well there's a theory and it seems pretty accurate that this dlc was super rushed there are promotional images with like 5 Lightfall weapons that have unique designs but those aren't ingame and in fact Bungie not too long ago showed the hc but it looked unfinished in that image likely just confirming this. So it's very likely the devs didn't have the time to make much else.

Yea, I believe it. I've heard the theory and a lot of the talking points on it make a lot of sense, especially the fact that thematically Strand makes a lot more sense if it was introduced in Witch Queen
