Yea the mod does work with touch only thing is that it’ll only activate if you have a scout rifle in your energy slot….

Hung Jury is a Kinetic scout rifle in the primary slot and procs Unstoppable just fine. Like any other scout rifle

It’s strange that it’ll only activate when there’s a scout rifle in the energy slot so if you needed double scouts for unstop 😂
