I’ve never unlocked it, but I seem to have done all the missions for Lightfall. Nimbus nor Quinn Laghari have Quests for me to pick up, nobody in the Tower as well. Could you tell me the name of the Quest please? I’ve heard talk about a Quest, but there doesn’t seem to be anything for me.

There should be a two part mission that involves doing some patrols for Neomuna citizens. Look for "From Zero..." which should drop a red boarder Iterative Loop. After you finish it you can get "...to Hero" which drops a red boarder Round Robbin.

Seems like I was on the “… To Hero” Quest, which I seem to have dismantled early on during Lightfall and just forgot about it. Welp, thank you for the help and I hope you have a great day/week!
