Having an Issue with Cross save All accounts have been authenticated and connected correctly, however no characters appear and Silver Balance are 0 But when I click on Disable CrossSave, it shows my accounts with the correct silver total and the characters i have available. Any help on how to fix this so i can access my other characters?

  • Your cross-save is setup with Steam set as your active profile/characters, rather than either your PS or Xbox ones. To fix it, you'll need to deactivate cross-save -> wait 90 days -> reactivate it and select the correct platform as your active characters. If you've purchased silver in the past 90 days you will need to wait out that cooldown first before you can deactivate.

  • It didnt even give me the option to choose at first. There is no way to fix it without waiting to access my gear?

  • Unfortunately no, if you deactivate it all profiles go back to their own characters etc so you'll only be able to use your characters and gear on their own platform
