Lightfall lead had next to no game dev experience outside of working at riot but not as a dev, she seems really nice but yeah. All the new hires from their twitter posts are all inexperienced to no experience, all hired for D2 & seasons, I'll not say too much other than it looked more of what you looked like & believed in, than your experience, that got you the job. All the big devs have now moved to new projects, rumour is final shape is now just needing polishing, and these new hires did lightfall very quickly. Even the nimbus voice actor said they got the job because bungie insisted on a trans non binary voice actor.
