Seasonal Artifact unlocks not overcharging weapons with anti-champ intrinsics

Testing performed in Glassway on Legend. Current modifiers are Solar/Strand surge and overcharge grenade launchers. All numbers approximate Leviathan's Breath: With artifact: 25,888 on a shank and 41,369 on a headshot against a marauder Without artifact: 25,888 on a shank and 41,369 on a headshot against a marauder Raconteur: With artifact: 8338 vs shank, 13k vs marauder headshot Without artifact: 6258 vs shank, 9988 vs marauder headshot Veriglas Curve: With artifact: 9903 vs shank, 15k vs marauder headshot Without artifact: 7k vs shank, 12660 vs marauder headshot Observed behavior: Weapons with existing anti-champ intrinsics are not being overcharged when the Overcharged Weapon activity modifier is present Expected behavior: Given the text of the seasonal unlock is "[i]Anti-champ boiler plate text[/i]. [b][i]Additionally Bows are always overcharged when that modifier is active.[/i][/b]" I would assume that a bow with an anti-champion intrinsic would receive the same overcharge/surge bonus as one that did not possess one, even if it did not gain the seasonal anti-champ capability or have its own one overridden.
