Lucky Pants Does Not Buff Strand and Stasis Hand Cannons
So since the new update back in Beyond Light stasis hand cannons do not get the lucky pants buff to damage when on a stasis subclass. Same goes for Strand. Why has this not come to attention yet? I find it odd, so after literally 2 years of waiting I am bringing it up. @Bungie please fix.
