Duskfield is 1:31 glaciers are 2:32. It also doesn't change that the base cooldown with bleakwatcher on is 3:31 instead of 2:32. They could at least make bleak watcher accurate and remove the cooldown graphic from other aspects as I tested and it doesn't actually change the cooldown.
