Hello, I am coming back to D2 after several years, but I see my name has been changed to a generic “GuardianXXXX” format. Looking through the code of conduct and name policy, my PSN name has never come close to violating any terms and I believe this was done in error on Bungie’s end. Is there a way to get eyes on this to change it to another name of any kind? I get that everyone only is entitled to a single name change, but it seems that mine was automatically done in error and now I don’t have the ability to do anything about it. I’m happy to provide my historical PSN usernames to show/prove that nothing has come close to violating any Bungie terms or policies. I really just am hoping for assistance in allowing a name change and/or not having the erroneous change be the reason I’m locked into this generic “GuardianXXXX” format forever.
