If you stun an Unstoppable during a animation, it will not be stunned
It's been like this since S8
So wait until he's out of that animation and an unstoppable will be the easiest champion

I know about that, but that isn't the issue I'm talking about. I get the prompt for the Stun Shot on the Scout, I shoot it in the critical spot, I hear the Stun Sound and it doesn't even slow down. It isn't in some animation, it simply ignores the fact that it's stunned. I'm doing this solo, so no one else is shooting or interfering. It's simply another broken aspect of this game.
