Celestial Fire STILL doesn't proc Sunbracers reliably
As stated. Less that half the time does Celestial Fire actually proc Subracers. This has been an issue since Season of the Haunted and hasn't been resolved. Please fix this.

Yep. Definitely can confirm. However, the snap works fine.. but man do I miss the range of Celestial.
